Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your TamaleBot Cloud subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
2. Usage-Based Charges
Charges for consumed resources — including per-message fees and add-on usage (Always-On, Full Browser) — are non-refundable once incurred. These charges reflect resources that have already been provisioned and consumed.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors.
4. Service Outages
If TamaleBot Cloud experiences an extended outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, affected subscribers may request a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are calculated based on the duration of the outage relative to the billing period.
5. Free Tier and Self-Hosted Users
The TamaleBot open-source runtime is free under the Apache 2.0 license. No charges are incurred for self-hosted usage, and therefore no refunds apply.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or billing credit, email [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. The latest version will always be available on this page.
