FAQ
How much managed LLM is included per specialist?
Associate includes $50 of managed Anthropic usage per month. Senior includes $100. Because Opus is about 5× the per-token cost of Sonnet, both tiers buy roughly the same volume of queries — Senior just uses a smarter model. Usage past the included amount bills at a 1.75× markup on the next invoice.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your first specialist runs free for 14 days. Near the end of the trial we'll email you to add a payment method. If you don't, the specialist moves to the On Leave state — their knowledge base and memories stay preserved, billing is $7/mo, and you can resume any time by adding a payment method.
Can I bring my own Anthropic API key?
Yes. BYOK is available in each agent's settings. When enabled, TamaleBot never touches tokens — Anthropic bills you directly for usage. The monthly tier fee stays the same.
What if I need to promote an Associate to Senior mid-month?
Promotion takes effect immediately with Stripe proration. Your specialist gets Claude Opus reasoning from that moment and the new managed LLM allowance applies going forward. Demoting from Senior to Associate works the same way in reverse.
How many team members can use my specialists?
Unlimited on every tier. Hiring a specialist is not a seat-based purchase — every person on your team can message the same Iris, Dean, or Maya. Dashboard access follows the same rule: invite as many users as you need.
How many social accounts can Zoe manage?
One per platform per Zoe — one X handle, one Instagram, one TikTok, one YouTube channel, one Threads account. Connecting them all to the same Zoe gives her a unified voice across your channels.
